The Toronto CUPE District Council—9103, serves CUPE locals in the geographical region within (but not exclusive to) the city of Toronto. There are over 60,000 CUPE members in Toronto representing public sector workers in municipalities, education (K-12, colleges, and universities), social services, libraries, public utilities, transportation, emergency services, and airlines.
